We collect information you provide during registration (name, email), as well as activity data you enter on the platform (workouts, nutrition, sleep). We also automatically collect technical data (IP address, browser type) to improve the service.

2. Data Usage

Your data is used for: providing and improving the service, personalizing recommendations (for Pro users), sending important account notifications, analytics and product improvement.

3. Data Storage

Data is stored on secure servers. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We do not store payment data — it is processed through Stripe.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with third parties only to provide the service: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Google (analytics). These partners are obligated to protect your data.

5. Cookies

We use cookies for authentication, saving preferences and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. Your Rights
