2. Service Description
GrindArc is a SaaS platform for self-improvement gamification. The service provides tools for tracking physical activity, nutrition and learning through game mechanics with a character, levels and quests.
3. Registration and Account
To use the service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for the security of your account and password.
4. Subscription and Payment
GrindArc offers free and paid (Pro) plans. Payment for the Pro plan is processed through Stripe. The subscription automatically renews monthly. You can cancel your subscription at any time through account settings.
5. Content Usage
All content you create on the platform (workout data, nutrition, learning) remains your property. GrindArc uses this data solely to provide the service.
6. Limitation of Liability
GrindArc is not a medical service. Workout and nutrition recommendations are general in nature. Consult a doctor before starting a new exercise program or diet.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
